Visitors who wish to post comments on the site must now register an account. This can be done easily by folowing the link under 'Sign In' on the left. If you are registered in the First Class Lounge forum, it is recommended that you use the same name. Please bear in mind our registration policy: Your user name must contain your real first name (for example 'John 84' would be acceptable, 'J84' would not). We receive registrations from people all over the world, and as a result some names are unfamiliar to us. Please do not be offended if we email you to confirm your name. Intelligible nicknames may be allowed, at the webmaster's discretion, and only when you are established at the forum. Write Comment (0 comments) |

Due to problems during a security update, the forum has had to be re-installed. Although all posts and user accounts have been carried over, the address has had to change: http://www.russellwild.co.uk/forumdf/ Write Comment (0 comments) |

"...what will you find?..." The Debris Field is a website dedicated to scale research and modelling of self-propelled ocean going ships, including all of the classic ocean liners, cruising ships, all kinds of civil merchant ships and special purpose ships such as rescue and research vessels. In the First Class Lounge guests are able to discuss research and modelling while exchanging their experience and knowledge with fellow enthusiasts. Our principal aims are providing an interactive and user-friendly platform for the merchant ship enthusiast to improve his or her knowledge and skills through sharing with others in a non-competitive way - and helping to promote merchant ship research and modelling in general by providing inspiration and all necessary information about how to pinpoint and get a hold of the right books, plans, resources, kits, tools and accessories. We also have a small section devoted to airliners, called the 'Aviator's Room ' Title graphics copyright © Phil Ciborowski 2007 Write Comment (0 comments) |
